hello sir my son is completely on breast feed but now some time I feel he is hungry. so what to do

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 1 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello good afternoon!! If baby not gaining average weight, crying or trying to latch even after feed, tummy looks low,you feel lighter in your breasts are symptoms of low milk supply.
Have more water,milk, dairy products, rusk, bread toast, papaya, chikoo, poppy seed, garlic, mutton kheema, garlic milk helps in increasing milk supply.
Until 5 completed months exclusive breast milk or formula milk is suggested for babies if less supply or no lactation.
From 6 month onwards start semi solids once and rest of the day milk.
