ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. You may start using with a sippy cup, spoon, or bottle feeder. Initially they won't take more than a few sips from a cup or bottle at a time—and that's fine, because they don't really need it.

Alternatively try giving liquids like coconut water, fresh fruits and fruit juices to maintain hydration. Give 3 meals and water along with daily breastfeeding. Good luck and take care.
