hello sir my son is 8 months old and he is getting fever from yesterday and today he is getting 101,102,103 f fever we consult a predriatic today and we are giving him ibugesic and taxim o forte syrup but the fever drops only three hours after 3 hrs again fever is coming iam getting much worried.
