Q.

Hello sir. My son is 4 years 3 months old. He eats lots of Vegetables and fruits. Seldon anything from outside. He also have a regular bowel movement. Just today he passed blood with stool. It seemed fresh blood. I am very worried. What could be the reason?? Attaching a pic for reference. Sorry it might feel gross. Any suggestion would be helpful. Thanks.
