Hello sir my son is 4 year 6 month old, he is doing urin frequently, 10 to 15 times in a day kindly help me what to do???

A. if the child is not having any pain and abdominal irritation and the child is asymptomatic then you can wait and watch for a few days otherwise meet your doctor to rule out urinary tract infection
