hello sir my Son is 2.6 months old...He is Not Able to eat his self...mtlb wo darta hai kuch bhi khane se ..aur wo bhar ki koi bhi chiz nhi khata jaise aur bache jhatey hai

A. Better consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and do all routine investigation required and start treatment as advised by your doctor. deworm your child once .
