Hello sir, my son is 11 months old. he is having some red spots dots kind of thing under his nose and he keeps scratching it sometimes. it's been almost 1 month to these spots. please advise any remedy.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Red Colour Rash over the body if present could be some allergy rashes which may be of sudden onset along with itching.
or it could be viral exanthematous rash where the the onset of rashes is there along with fever or assosiated symptoms. and it couldn't be some infection also which needs proper examinagfttion.
Application of calamine lotion or Anti itch lotion like Ritch lotion can be done for soothing along with antiallergic medications initially.

as it had been a month please consult your doctor
please don't self treat it
and you may apply Cetaphil lotion in it for time being but please do consult with your doctor
