hello sir my son is 1 yr 10 months old he is very active and listens very low sounds but when we call him by his name he ignores moreover he speaks few things like car etc etc but don't say nani nana mummy papa

Hi Is your child always ignoring its name or sometimes your child is responding also I would like to tell you if you call your child with several names like sometime nicknames and formulate the child gets confused so make sure that your child you are calling your child with one name only whatever it is and I would advise you to go for formally and if that is also not the case and your child is not responding always to the name then you should definitely get it checked with a child specialist ones because it could indicate a disorder that
