Q.

my baby speaks but all is in English. she listens only when her favourite food name is called out . we try to call her by her name but she rarely listens. is there a speech delay or a response delay and how to overcome that

A. hi mom. if the child is speaking then definitely the child is able to hear. please consult with your paediatrician regarding the same as he will be able to analyse the problem if at all your facing any. sometimes kids might ignore our words because of different reasons so, just try to speak with the child regarding the favourite topic
