Hello sir! My son Aditya is seven years old. Before 1 week he has stomach infection. nd today he has also fever with cold. wts the reason for this.ple answer

A. fever can be secondary response to the underlying stomach infection so you need to treat the cause for that consult a Doctor properly who would advise you with proper medications
