Hello sir, my son(8.3 kg weight and 17 months old) having fever from 9 pm night 99 degrees, later 11 pm he had 100.4 degrees, I have given crocin syrup 1.2 ml and doing sponjing.now it is 98.7 degress. please suggest me, what I have to do?. can I do sponjing continously if fever came again ? . kindly suggest urgently.
