Hello sir... my seven years old boy daliy morning he seems sick and taking vomit but only in school days but in leaves he is normal why sir?

A. It might be a tantrum of not going to school so try to ignore it abd check if after giving milk he is vomiting abd try to figure out early meals lead to nausea

A. hi it happens because of anxiety so please make sure your child feel well cared , secured and try to have talk with your child. offer food in small bites keep your child well hydrated
