8 years old girl when sending to school she will fell sick regularly

A. Monsoon season comes with different kind of challenges for the children they need some special care because the climatic chanfges can cause some illnesses specially infective diseases so special care is required to maintain a proper hygiene and to build a good immunity for the children specially vaccienation eg help A typhoid flu vaccine is important which can prevent perticular disease .
