hello sir. my kids are below 5 years they are very active and thet eat every food but they r thin any suggestions please.. thank you

A. hi give them good proteins and calories fresh fruits milkshakes lassi paneer parathas egg or chicken or paneer rice add nuts powder in milk mix vegetables dal khichdi with ghee
