hello sir ,my kid is 4 yr.8 months old he has constipation issue he is active he eats all fibre food and juices but facing constipation issue he is active but facing constipation for 4 days and after that I give him miralax and then he gets relieved I want him to be natural i tried consulting doctors they say no issue all tests r growth is ok i don't understand sir ,he is very stubborn too plz suggest me
