why my son is facing constipation despite eating Fibre foods daily

A. It’s not only fibre food there has to be proper intake of liquids also along with the fibre that you are giving a balanced diet is going to be important and sometimes any food that your child is having a regular basis which seems to be alright can also lead to constipation
