Hello sir My girl is now 5 years old bt she don't eat easily... alot of efforts Always I hv to do after dat she eat little...what cn I do so she eat happilu

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom get involved with food like when you buy groceries, then let her sort them let it be with fruits and vegetables as well . Give her some age appropriate work like washing them before cutting , peeling , grating etc . Serving . Make her meal time fun and not stress ful . Make a routine for her so that she falls into a pattern make her meal time , snack time , milk time etc
