hello sir my daughter will be 5yr by next month since her weight and health is not as per her age she is so thin what should I do to increase her weight and health

A. You can banana, avocado, potatoes, sweet potatoes, peas, Give milk frequently. Give dals, pulses, dairy products like panner, curd, eggs and nuts or nuts powder mixed Ith milk every day. Gvie it regularly or everyday as all are healthy
