A. Hello! Weakness can be a sign of undernutrition. Give your child small and frequents meals. Monitor her fluid consumption and sleep pattern. Include calorie and nutrient dense foods like peanut ladoo, lassi, roasted makhana, nuts energy bar, dal soup, paneer paratha, sabudana kheer along with seasonal fruits and vegetables.
