hello sir ,My daughter is 3.3 years but still I am not able to maintain her eating schedule .We are vegetarian so plz ask what will good for her bones and muscles strength

A. good afternoon c for the bones and muscles it is very important that you give calcium rich food to the child I would recommend you to try to give milk and Milk products roasted makhana dates
