hello sir... my daughter is 2yr 9 month old...she understands everything but not speaking properly even a small sentence... but she speaks 2 to 3 letter words.... really I am worried about that does she need any speech therapy... please advise me.. thank you..

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello just try to encourage your child and give it more opportunity to speak and also yes a child may require a speech therapy and it would be better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
