Hello sir, My daughter doesn't want to eat vegetables, but nowadays she likes boiled vegetables. Can you suggest how much we should boil the vegetables so that nutrients doesn't drain out or get spoiled. Thankyou

A. When cooking vegetables, use as little water as possible, as nutrients can leach into the water during boiling. Many nutrients are concentrated in vegetable peels, so whenever possible, keep the skin on.
