hello sir,my daughter devanshi is eating not properly.what type of food should be given...

A. as food for the baby you can give all kind of seasonal fruits and vegetables. you can give Apple everyday .can also give mango , pomegranate,papaya and banana according to the season and requirement . avoid giving banana excessively and daily otherwise it may cause constipation. you can also give rice preparations oatmeals curd preparationsband daliya. it will be better if you are able to give dairy products daily apart from milk. refrigerated and packed foods should be avoided, junk foods should also be avoided. if you jwill give excessive of milk to the child the hunger may get satisfied by that and the child may not be interested in having other variety of food. over all you need to see that you are giving a balanced diet to your child with proper fulfillment bof nutritional and energy requirements according to the age

A. Hi dear mom Now u can give all that you cook for your family. There is no restriction on that now.. Give natural appetiser like coconut water, jeera water, ajwain water etc to increase the appetite of ur baby. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products, pulses, cereals, soup etc to ur baby
