Neha SharmaMom of a 11 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello,this happens when baby has low appetite and baby dosen't want yo eat anything,so please make sure that you boost your babies appetite by keep hydrated your baby and secondly you should also give Aptivate syrup to increase appetite in babies.
