Breakfast : Carrot spinach puree, sooji upma, mashed potato, stewed apple, mashed sweet potato, wheat sheera, ragi moong Dal soup, spinach pumpkin puree, ragi porridge, palak masoor Dal soup, tomato masoor Dal soup, lauki rice porridge, oats porridge, apple puree
Mid morning : Mother's milk or formula feed
Lunch : ragi moong Dal soup, rice carrot porridge, mashed sweet potato, palak khichdi, ragi tur Dal puree, sooji upma, carrot spinach puree, moong Dal khichdi, apple puree, spinach pumpkin puree, tomato masoor Dal soup, egg yolk or moong Dal soup, wheat sheera.
Evening : Mother's milk or formula feed
Dinner : Mother's milk or formula feed
