hello sir my child is 7 year old he is vomiting from yesterday and I had given him perinorm drop 5ml now hi is ok and giving him electrol powder in water plz suggest he is not taking food properly what should I do

A. due to upset tummy she is not taking food. make sure to give more liquids, ors water to avoid dehydration. you can serve her sift n easy to digest food
