Q.

hello sir... my child is 2.9 years old but he speaks only few words like... papa, mummy, chacha, bhaiya go, no, nahi, do,... only.. what should I do..

A. Try speaking more with the child at home and rahe him fir outdoor playing and let him mingle Roth kids of same age and read stories sing rhymes with the child show him baby TV
