Q.

Hello sir, My child 10 months+ but he eat only few dishes like khichdi, suji kheer custard and cerelac… whenever I try to introduce him new food he just refuses to eat. Also he doesn’t take proper nap pls help me out 🙏🏻

A. yes, do daily oil massage to sooth him. keep trying him diffrent food with new taste and texture so that he get use to it all. keep trying..
