Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. nasal saline drops can be given again and again to the child because it is salt water which will help in decreasing the nasal blockage by clearing the mucus
try to prevent temperature variations around the child which is the most common causes of cough and cold in small children.can give indirect steam inhalation .
anti-cold medicines at this age have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation.
for fever and pain give paracetamol
contindue the regular diet which is being given to the child

keep a bowl of chopped onion near her bed apptox three feet far over night and
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
