hello sir My baby's birth weight was 2.53 kg..After 3 months 17 days she is only 4.73 kg..Is it ok..She is also having stomach pain issue.

yes , your baby weighs good.
no worries.
for stomach problem ,
please offer small and frequent feeds.
burp your baby well after each feeding.
give massage to your child daily ,it will definitely help to prevent and cure stomach problems.
give massage on stomach in clockwise direction with firm hands.
move your child legs in cycling motions.
if your child is crying inconsolably because of it then apply paste of hing with warm water around navel of your child or give colicaid drops.
