hello sir my baby is two months old and shez mostly dependent of formula milk as my milk suply is very very less is it fine to give formula milk every other person in my family keeps scalding me that i started giving formula milk please help me out now my baby baby is not latchimg the breast as well I feel bad about it please guide me through it

A. Hi mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Squeeze your nipple frequently Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
