hello sir, my baby is pooping green semi liquid since two days, I give him Four Times formula 90 ml each time, and rest breast milk, he is 4 and half month old, in medicines im giving Zinc and d3 tonics, plz tell me anything to worry?

A. do not worry, As long as their is no blood, black stool nothing to worry about it. If stools are soft and easy to pass do nothing. OR If stools are loose, watery, foul smelling, consult paedriatician in person
