Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. in first six months the minimum weight gain should be 500 mg per month and it can go up to 1 kg per month also.
the urine output should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after taking feeding.
meet the doctor for weight assessment.x
if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate milk intake.
if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to worry about the sleeping pattern/ feeding as well as the stool frequencyx of the child
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. 5 KG is a very healthy weight gain for a 10 week old child and the way you are feeding seems perfectly good you have to see that the child should gain at least 500 g in a month if that is happening that means your child is gaining proper healthy weight gain so you don’t have to worry about it
