hello sir my baby is of 20 month now.. but still has not start saying any word..he produces sounds but not have any meaning. what to do next?

If The time is in speaking at all then I’m going to advise you to get a check with a speech therapist therapist would be able to give you a better idea and whatever the situation is after assessing your child very well so just go ahead with a consultation with a speech therapist
