hello sir ,my baby is 22 month old and after seeing food he start making vomat sound and he don't want to eat anything and if I give him food sometimes he do vomate so pls advice me what should I do

A. Isco die either be due to indigestion or some another problem dare challenge going through better have a physical assessment of your child with the doctor and go ahead with suggestions given by the doctor
