hello sir my baby is 15 months old and weight is 8.4 kg and he don't eat anything.should i give omega 3 dha syrup?

Has the supplement that you can give but it is not going to help in a proper manner for weight gain or something because till the time your child does not learn to eat properly proper food the weight gain is not going to happen so try to focus upon a meal to increase the weight as well apart from the supplement that you are willing to give
