hello sir my baby 3month old season changing ke wajah se bht jada suffer kar rahi cold & cough sneezing aur eyes water nikal raha hai kya kare kuch best medicine

A. As baby is small so you must consult your paediatrician once and get a chest examination done and also keep Head feet and chest well covered avoid evening outdoor fir baby and steam inhalation will help
