Hello sir my baby 2.4 months and my body colour has turned black after delivery. Please help me what should I do

Apply coconut oil or olive oil
Apply gram flour turmeric mixture daily
Apply lotion cream twice daily
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
