hello sir,meri beti bed pe se gir gayi thi use bahot jor se sir ke piche laga tha,abhi tak koi vomitting nahi hui hai,24 hrs ho chuke hai,Aaj aek bar bol rahi thi ki dard ho raha hai fir bad me ku6 nahi,khel rAhi hai.kitne din tak observe karna chahiye and koi visible injury nahi hai.plz help

A. Hello, your baby girl is 3 years old and she fell down from the bed and now she is okay so don’t worry if she doesn’t have any vomitng or red eye
