A. Crying can make a baby feel hot, causing them to sweat. This effect is more common when a baby cries very hard or for a long period. babies may sweat on their palms and feet when they are upset. Parents and caregivers may notice this sweating even after a baby stops crying.Basically, a baby's core temperature in the middle of their body is warmer than an adult's. But they can't heat themselves or regulate their temperature quickly because of their tiny size. They also don't have even heating to their legs, feet, arms, and hands.
