hello sir mere bete last 5 days se fever he up and down situation he fever ki aj uske eyes red he both eyes red kyu hue honge uske plz suggest

A. It might be due to high fever or eye infection so avoid rubbing f eyes let the child put cucumber slices on eyes abd get it checked once take care
