Aap diet mein rice with dal, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, omelette, boiled egg, besan and beetroot cheela, dalia, oats, milkshakes with dry fruits, khichdi, mixed vegetable soup, upma, idli-dosa with sambhar, poha, legumes, kheer, seasinal fruits, pan cane, waffle, stuffed parantha, etc. include kar sakte hain.
