hello sir mera beta 4 saal ka h...uska weight 11kg h...me usey khane me kya dun ki uska vajan bdh ske...waise wo bhut active h..poora din masti krta h..raat me time se sota h..or 10 se 11 ghnte ki neend leta h..

Ma’am See your child is quite underweight I’m just going to say about four kgs as of now and for a diet plan normally I would say you should give everything that you are making at home because that is the only diet for a child after the age but in this case you cannot take an advice from a nutritionist as well
