hello sir mera baby 3 month ka hai uski right eye se pani girta rahta hai aur keechad bhi jam jata hai kya karen....

This is due to blocked tear duct that the eyes remain watery.
Consult your doctor for the same as he will prescribe medicine after the proper evaluation of the baby eyes.
