hello sir...mea beta 11 mnths ka h..uske gums sore or tender ho rakhe hai...vo raat ke tym bhot zyda irritate ho jata h sote tym...pls suggest...kuch smjh nhi aa ra ...vo itna kyu rota h...and chup bhi nhi hota h...teeth ko aapas me ragadta hai...pls suggest
