Hello Sir/ Mam my son is 3.6 yr old ,,and he is suffering fever 2 to 3 times in last month so what i should do now please help

A. if the baby is getting fever very frequently then it is advisable to give get the baby investigated like blood and urine to find out the appropriate cause for the fever
