hello sir/mam my son (4 months) is having a dry skin (little rough) over his head and does not appear to be going away after applying the coconut oil. Any advise if this is really a dry skin or anything else which requires a medical attention? and any medicine to heal it i have attched a screenshot of effected area.

Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.

I have attached a more clear picture today. also I started using Sebamed baby lotion from yesterday.
