Hello sir/mam Good morning my baby's 13month old, can suggest me more healthy food for my baby, now he is having roti Dal, rice,crud and milk and varieties of fruits (banana, chiko,apple,mango)

A. what you are given to the baby is excellent apart from that I would suggest that you start giving dry fruits to your child you can also give whole grain porridge it is important to give milk products at this stage
