Q.

Sir, Child is not much interest to take food like vegetables, Roti, Dal, Rice, fruits etc. He only like Wafers, Biscuits, Chevda, Chocolate etc. please suggest how to divert him to like our healthy food.

A. make eating time enjoyable, interesting, encourage them to self eating. Involve your child in each process of food preparation from buying things and preparing to get his interest in food. Take his opinions. Eat with him. Try to have meals all members sitting together.
