hello sir/madam, My son is 8month old . He is suffering from diarrhea since yesterday night.it is yellow in colour and totally 4 times diarrhea goes .What might be the reason and what shall we do now

Teething can offer lead to lose motion since it is yellow in colour I think that’s the basic reason otherwise it can also be associated with stomach infection for that you should check with your doctor is a correct course of medication can be recommended by your doctor only
